Federal Benefits

U.S. Citizens who are currently receiving monthly benefits from a Federal agency (e.g., Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, or Office of Personnel Management) can contact the Consular Section to advise us of your residence in the DRC and to arrange to have benefits checks sent to Kinshasa. U.S. Citizens can pick up checks at the Consular Section from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Mondays.
