IMPORTANT NOTICE
All 2009 DV winners with files at the Consular Section of the US Embassy are strongly encouraged to start the processing of their cases within the month when Kentucky Consular Center scheduled them. The DV program runs on a strict schedule, so it is important to begin the process as soon as possible.
Please obtain all of the required civil documents and the amount for the fees immediately.
PLEASE COME PREPARED!
